Order preparation:
Once your customer has placed an order, we select the right watch.
We also assemble the correct strap (leather, rubber, steel....) using special tools. Then we carry out a final check before shipping. Watches that do not pass this final check are inspected and repaired.
Your watch is then placed in its packaging with all the necessary papers: warranty card, additional accessories...
We define your needs in order to establish them as a basic procedure.
